The Local Positioning System (LPS) is a system that provides location information within specific limited areas, in contrast to the Global Positioning System (GPS), which covers the entire Earth. LPS is adopted for its ability to offer high-precision and real-time location information in environments where GPS signals may be challenging to receive, such as indoor spaces or specific constrained regions.
Local Positioning System（LPS）は、GPS（Global Positioning System）とは異なり、地球全体ではなく、特定の限られた領域内で位置情報を提供するシステムです。LPSは、GPSが信号を受信しにくい屋内環境や特定の制約のある領域で、高精度かつリアルタイムな位置情報を提供するために採用されています。
